Starting now, professionals can use Client Book to manage customer context and Automated Post-Job Re-engagement to send timely follow-ups that make repeat booking easier.
What's Included in This Release
1. Client Book (Mini CRM in Dashboard)
Client Book gives handyworkers a dedicated workspace to manage customer relationships directly inside HandyHive.
Key capabilities:
- Full customer list in one place
- Private notes per client
- Job history by customer
- Customer tags and filtering
- Manual contact creation for off-platform clients
- Reminder scheduling for follow-ups
- Inactive client visibility (90+ days without rebooking)

2. Automated Post-Job Re-engagement
After a booking is completed, HandyHive can automatically send a personalized follow-up on behalf of the worker after a selected delay window.
Key capabilities:
- Worker-controlled send delay (1 to 4 weeks)
- Optional worker custom subject and message body
- One-tap rebooking CTA with pre-filled booking context
- Email + in-app notification support where eligible
- Built-in suppression checks to avoid irrelevant follow-ups
Suppression logic prevents sends when, for example, the customer already rebooked, opted out, or is already in active contact with the worker.
