HandyHive now includes a full invoicing system for handyworkers. You can generate invoices automatically from paid platform bookings, create custom invoices for off-platform work, send professional PDFs by email, and manage everything from one place.

Automatic Invoices for Platform Jobs

When a platform booking is completed and paid, HandyHive can generate an invoice automatically with booking and customer details pre-filled.

These invoices are marked as Paid immediately and remain available for download or resend at any time.

Custom Invoices for Flexible Billing

Need to invoice project-based or off-platform work? You can now create custom invoices from scratch with:

Customer details (manual or from previous booking history)
Up to 20 line items
Due date and notes
VAT settings (if applicable)
Draft save and later send flow

Once sent, invoices become read-only records and can be duplicated when needed.

Professional PDF + Email Delivery

Every invoice is generated as a professional PDF and stored securely for later access. From the invoice detail view, you can:

Download the invoice PDF
Send it to the customer by email
Re-send it when required

For custom invoices, status tracking helps you quickly identify what is still unpaid or overdue.

Built for EU Operations

The invoicing flow is designed for HandyHive's European market and supports key compliance-related details such as:

Sequential invoice numbering
Supplier and customer snapshot data
VAT/tax handling when configured
Clear issue date, due date, totals, and payment status
