We're proud to announce that HandyHive is now a multilingual platform. Starting today, the entire app — from the homepage and booking flow to your dashboard and account settings — is available in five languages:

🇮🇹 Italian — Italiano
🇪🇸 Spanish — Español

Why Multilingual Matters

HandyHive connects homeowners with skilled handworkers across Europe. A platform that only speaks English creates friction — for customers trying to describe a job, and for professionals reading their bookings and reviews. Removing that barrier is central to our mission.

How It Works

Switching languages is instant. Look for the language switcher in the header, pick your preferred language, and the entire platform updates immediately. Your preference is saved to your account, so every time you sign in — on any device — HandyHive greets you in the right language.

For new visitors, the platform automatically detects your browser's language setting and defaults to the closest supported language.

What's Translated

Everything. The full platform has been translated end-to-end:

Marketing pages (homepage, services, pricing, how it works, about)
Authentication flows (sign in, sign up, password reset, email verification)
Booking and search
Customer and handworker dashboards
Billing and subscription pages
Settings and onboarding

Every translation has been carefully reviewed for natural phrasing — not just literal accuracy. We've prioritised clarity and tone over word-for-word equivalents, so the experience feels native in each language.

Five languages are just the beginning. We're actively working to expand our language support to cover more of Europe and beyond. If your language isn't listed yet, it will be soon — our translation infrastructure is built to scale.
