For Customers: Paying for Services
When you book a service through HandyHive, your payment is processed securely by Stripe. You never enter your card details into HandyHive directly — everything goes through Stripe's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.
What this means for you:

- You'll see HandyHive on your bank statement
- Receipts are sent automatically to your email after each transaction
For Professionals: Subscription Plans
Handyworkers on HandyHive can choose from three subscription plans, billed either monthly or annually (annual billing saves you money).

The full package. Everything in Bookable, plus priority placement in search results and category listings.

Managing Your Subscription
Handyworkers can manage their subscription directly from the Billing section of their dashboard:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Cancel whenever you need to — no long-term contracts, no hidden cancellation fees
- Download invoices for all past payments straight from your dashboard
