Level 2 builds credibility through verified community reviews over time. Level 3 awards Skill Badges to professionals who demonstrate their expertise through portfolio evidence and on-the-job documentation.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe — a PCI-compliant payment platform. We hold your funds in escrow until the job is completed and you are satisfied. You are never charged before work begins, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Our HandyHive Guarantee protects every booking. If the completed work doesn't meet professional standards, our resolution team will step in to either arrange a fix at no extra cost or issue a full refund. You can also leave a verified review to help the community.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are fully refundable. For late cancellations, a small fee may be charged to compensate the professional for their reserved time slot.
